The third perspective of our commitment to education are the values. We work to recover and strengthen the Social Share in work, our families and the community we belong.
The firs way to transmit values is to encourage people to participate and commit themselves to their community. So, from El Tejar, we encourage our people’s participation in solidarity projects, we organize volunteering workshops, we participate in the “Nochebuena para Todos” (“Christmas Eve for Everyone”) Program and organize seminars on values together with the "Proyecto Padres" (“Parents Project”) Foundation, among other initiatives.
We furthermore contribute to the working culture by supporting different initiatives as the sewing workshops San Francisco, in Saladillo Norte, those in the Esperanza neighborhood, in Charata (Chaco), and activities organized by the cooperative "Barrio La Juanita", in La Matanza. We take part in the “Potenciar Comunidades Rurales” (“Fostering Rural Communities”) program, that aims at the growth of communities from the interior of the country (Argentina) through inter-institutional work, we also collaborate with different key institutions in the communities where we live, as the Hospital Dr. Posadas in Saladillo, the Asociación Bomberos Voluntarios de Cañada Seca (Volunteer Fire-Fighters Association of Cañada Seca) and Centro de Terapia Integral para el Discapacitado Mental (CeTIDIM)(Center of Integral Therapy for the Mentally Handicapped), among others.
