Quality Committee
Purpose:
- To be a reference for quality matters and train all stakeholders.
- To be the stimulus for an environment of improvement opportunities.
- To conduct an ongoing follow-up of the Quality Management System tools to ensure they are constantly in force.
- To control and update environmental policies to ensure strict compliance with all environmental regulations as well as compliance with water and soil use and management.

Prices Committee
It determines and chooses the price strategy of EL TEJAR in all the countries in keeping with the target prices of the annual plan.

Risk Committee

Its function is to determine all the risk policies on an annual basis: hedge policies, exposure due to exchange rate, budget deviations. It performs the follow-up and control of compliance therewith.
