26/06/2009 - El Tejar participates in the National Quality Prize

Tafilar S.A. (El Tejar –Uruguay) pre-qualified for the 2009 National Quality Prize granted by the Uruguayan National Institute of Quality, in the category of “Large private industrial or agricultural companies" according to the Continuous Improvement Model.

Created in 1992, the National Quality Prize aims at acknowledging the companies that stand out because of their Quality processes, through Total Quality Management and that are examples to other institutions and of society in general.
